Welcome — I’m Nathalie.
I am a psychopractitioner dedicated to supporting your emotional wellbeing and personal growth.
My role is to accompany you through emotional, relational, and psychological challenges that may be creating imbalance in your life. I offer a safe, compassionate space where you can explore your experiences, understand your patterns, and reconnect with your authentic self.
My approach is holistic and integrative, combining emotional, cognitive, and body-based awareness to support deeper healing and lasting change.
Together, we work towards greater clarity, inner balance, and a lighter, more aligned way of being.
If you feel ready to begin this journey, I warmly invite you to get in touch.
As a student member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I am currently in the final stage of my professional training. I also undertake a placement with The Miracle Foundation, where I support young people affected by trauma and grief. Committed to ongoing professional development, I favour an integrative and holistic approach. I offer sessions in both English and French.

“Her professionalism, compassion, and skill created a safe and trusting environment where I felt understood and supported. Through her use of technics therapy, she helped me process traumatic experiences that had deeply affected my sense of self and my ability to function. Because of her guidance, I have been able to quiet the negative inner voice that had dominated my thoughts for years. Her support has enabled me to rebuild my life. I have regained confidence, clarity, and a sense of purpose that I did not believe was possible before therapy.”
— J. (UK)
“I felt comfortable as she explained the process clearly with words which I could understand and not with any mistic practices or mystery.”
— M. (Scotland)
“Right away Nathalie put me at ease. The therapy really helped me to work through my anxiety issues and felt very liberating.”
— R. (Scotland)
“I would definitely recommend her as a caring therapist who understands which trauma to work on first and accompanies you through pain to feel much better afterwards.”
— N. (Scotland)
